Combined with
the ability to automatically appraise domains, the auto offer submit feature
can be extremely useful in submitting domain offers in bulk.
While decent
domains do still drop, the prices have gotten to high for the average
Submitting offers
in D.R.T. Is extremely simple. First, ensure that your e-mail address is specified
in the E-Mail Settings window (Options->E-mail Settings).
Next, change
the template to reflect your information. This is important!

If you wish to
override the appraised price place a check mark next to each domain you wish
to override the price for, right click on it and select "Change Value".
The new value will be applied to all check marked domains.
When you are
ready to submit offers, place a check mark next to each domain you
wish to submit an offer for, right click on one of them, and select "Submit
Offer(s)". D.R.T. Will automatically extract the e-mails from whois information
and send an an offer generated from your template.
Note that if
the whois e-mail address is not the valid e-mail address for the domain you
can insert a custom e-mail by adding the domain to the Watch list, double
clicking on it and inputting the desired e-mail address.
In rare occasions
D.R.T. Will be unable to extract the e-mail address for the specified domain.
This may be due to several reasons, including domains being in Registrar-Hold
or later status which does not list contact information in the whois. In these
situations D.R.T. Will attempt to extract the domain from the Alexa database,
though these e-mail addresses are usually outdated and may not always work.
If no e-mail address is available D.R.T. Will notify the user by changing
the status of the particular domain to "Offer not sent. E-mail error".
Important:
D.R.T. Can ignore certain e-mail addresses when extracting e-mails from
the Whois. This is extremely useful when sending bulk offers since many
domain registrars, and resellers insert their e-mail address into the whois.
For example, all domains registered with the eNom reseller NameCheap.com will
have the sales@namecheap.com e-mail address at the very top of every whois
report. This e-mail address is irrelevant since it does not belong to the
owner of the domain. You may ignore full e-mail addresses or partial e-mail
addresses, ex: "sales@namecheap.com" or "@namecheap.com".
The ignore e-mails list is located in "ignore-emails.txt"
in the D.R.T. "app_Files" folder.
